I am passionate about helping others become their highest self, whether I'm assisting a teen navigating adolescence or guiding an adult on the path of recovery. My enthusiasm and energy to help and to learn has served me well in the boardroom, the classroom, and the therapy room! I incorporate a unique blend of innovative, creative strategies and techniques along with those that are more traditional for an environment that promotes positive change!

I am passionate about working with young people on the issues that come with adolescence, and all persons struggling with trauma, family-of-origin issues, and recovery from addictions. I work very well with teens and young adults who have been diagnosed with ADD/ADHD and Asperger's.

I like to use science experiments in counseling sessions to help promote the therapeutic relationship, problem solve, and increase confidence. As a National Board Certified Teacher in Early Adolescent Science, I have found that this technique in counseling is engaging and effective!
