Therapy can provide a safe place in which to explore things you have thought about and experienced or have memories of that need to be delved into. Therapy is about increasing your awareness of yourself and the world you live in and moving forward in an authentic manner.

I practice psychodynamic psychotherapy which looks at the impact of your personal history, your relationships, and your circumstances. The therapeutic relationship is pivotal,allowing the space to become more aware of what is important to you and what you need to do to be true to yourself.

I am an interactive therapist. By participating in a back and forth dialogue we can understand your patterns of interacting with others. You can expect a therapeutic relationship which is confidential, respectful, and consistent. We will work together to discover options that work for you to improve awareness of yourself.
