“In 25 years of professional counseling, I've developed great respect for those willing to take the journey into their own inner world. My specialty is working with all aspects of relationship and individual counseling with an emphasis on examining communication patterns that block harmonious interaction. The process involves becoming aware of experiences buried in the subconscious, finding expression for emotions associated with these experiences, and moving these emotions through. Clients are encouraged to view their lives from an expansive viewpoint regarding the significance these events have had in forming one's unique character and facilitating personal growth.

Once such insights are attained, they are applied to clients' present challenges turning counseling into a practical, productive experience. In seeing a larger perspective regarding the blessings and difficulties in life, one can appreciate, forgive and move on to the freedom of living fully in present time.

I received my formal education at Columbia University and the rest of my training from my own journey and counseling experience. I am dedicated to offering clients a supportive environment in which they discover, confront and transform patterns that have adversely affected the enjoyment of their lives.”
