“Welcome! You've taken the first step towards healing, by admitting you may need help to change old patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving that no longer serve you. I have helped hundreds of clients improve their relationships and work life, while healing from depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and problem gambling. I specialize in deep healing of complex family issues that co-occur with addiction and problems that have their origin in a difficult childhood. Whatever challenges you face, there is hope. I look forward to helping you create a better life for yourself and those you love.

I have advanced training in the treatment of addiction, codependency, problem gambling, trauma, dissociation, and chilhood abuse. I offer individual, couples, and group therapy to adults. I use a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Redecision, and Ericksonian hypnosis. I also provide educational materials on these and related topics.

I welcome lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender clients. My office is centrally located, on a bus line, and ADA-accessible.”
