I work primarily from a psychodynamic perspective which focuses on how your past experiences may be affecting your life today. As we explore together your inner world, I seek to help you understand yourself and feel empowered to make the positive changes you desire.

I believe that counseling takes place within the protected confines of a healing, therapeutic relationship based upon shared goals and mutual respect. It is within this relationship that healing can occur. I am sensitive to the struggles of living and believe that each individual's responses, even if problematic, contain strength.”
