Emphasis on trauma, attachment, parent-coaching, transition & grief. My holistic, strengths-based approach includes Family Systems Therapy & Positive Psychology. Tools: Mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Technique(EFT) EMDR & Expressive Arts. Couples counseling is based on Hendrix's work, to help each other heal childhood wounds, develop healthy communication, and discover deep love. I believe one cannot separate the mind from the body, thus, my personal years of mind/body work influences my clinical approach. I believe we need more deep listening in these rapidly changing times, attunement to self, attunement to others and attunement to that which feeds one's soul.
I bring my 28 years of experience in the field of human services to my practice. I believe all have the ability to live our fullest potential & I strive to help individuals discover their strongest assests, helping them to make positive changes in their lives one step at a time.
Our culture is lacking in healthy rites of passages for adolescents and adults. Thus, one of my passions is in mentoring individuals through these transitions, and co-creating rituals or ways to acknowledge threshold experiences that carry individuals over and into another time in their lives.

Are you longing for a more intimate relationship with your partner? Are you tired of falling into the same old ruts and patterns? Do you need more fun and romance in your relationship? Patterns from our childhood seep into our relationships unconsciously and can undermine our connection to each other. Gaining insight about these patterns offers the possibility of deepening intimacy as a couple and learning new ways of relating to one another. This 12-week group, based on the work of Harville Hendrix, will help you to have a more conscious and passionate relationship, joy & companionship.Begins February 17th.
