Do you feel emotional all the time? Do you have intense emotions or feel you can't control your emotions? Struggle with urges to engage in self-destructive behavior like cutting or to harm yourself? Are you a concerned family member or friend of someone who might need help managing their emotions? Our team of Dialectical Behavior Therapy(DBT) therapists are committed to helping you or someone you care about learn to manage emotions and develop a life worth living.
I am intensively trained in DBT. I teach clients practical, proven effective strategies to manage their emotions and effectively solve problems instead of acting impulsively and destructively.
Our program offers DBT Skills Group, DBT focused Individual Therapy and Phone Coaching. We offer an excellent DBT program that acknowledges each persons unique situation and needs. I understand how difficult it can be to change these things, and also know that your life can be different.
