Dr. Don Wendorf

I want clients who want to change and will work with me on coming to new ways of seeing, understanding, experiencing, thinking about and feeling about issues so they can DO something different. My ideal clients want therapy that is active, down-to-earth, humorous, kind, conversational, caring, solution-focused, values-oriented, and relatively brief.

I'm passionate about marriage, commitment, and families. My specialty is marriage and family therapy but I work with individual issues: depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, co-dependency, grown kids, abuse, divorce, aging, ADHD, caregiving, recovery, acting out, parenting, work problems, anger, etc. I specialize in finding something that works.

I've been married 40 years, have two sons, two loving daughters-in-law and three sweet grandchildren. I play in a bluegrass band and wrote a marriage manual of song lyrics. I enjoy my clients, believe in what I do and will do pretty much anything that helps.
