People come to my office because they are confused, in emotional or mental pain, they are having difficuty in a relationship. The relationship can be with yourself, your significant other, a friend, family member or work relationships. The relationship with Self is usually about being unhappy, uncomfortable, no energy, blah or spiritual dryness. Sometimes people are having flashbacks or obsessive thinking. It may be the emotional toll of being a Caregiver or being in chronic pain. Everyone is an individual. In my office I work with individuals, couples, groups. I also go outside my office for company consults and workshops.

My specialty is PTSD and any problem that causes fearful expereinces from the past or traumatic events. I also facilitate people to express their emotions safely. Holding onto emotions can have very devistating consequences including physical injuries, illness and repetition of old unhealthy patterns in relationships.

My office is private and comfortable. My two standard poodles named Savanah and Megan may meet you at the gate to escort you to the office. They are also available for poodle hugs. If you are uncomfortable with dogs, please let me know and I will have them resting elsewhere.
