“In a world where people are expected to function based on unrealistic expectations, individuals and families experience stress and their coping skills are put to the test. As a result, individuals and families experience decreased functioning at home, school and/or work. When you find yourself and/or your family experiencing difficulty and you don't know where to turn, we can help. We focus on empowering individuals and families to build upon their inherent strengths, in order to improve their overall functioning. Our primary role is to partner with you on a journey toward emotional wellness.

Populations include children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. Specialties include work with abused/neglected children; Mood Disorders; ADHD, ODD and Co-occurring disorders; Parenting skill building and Coaching; Crisis Intervention; Couples and Family Therapy; and Women's Issues.

We're able to provide services in NC and SC. Through collaboration and partnership, we assist people with breaking down barriers that prevent healthier living. We work from the premise that one can learn from their past in order to achieve their full potential now and in the future.”
