What creates a need for therapy is change. While navigating your way through change, keeping balance in your life can become challenging and sometimes very painful. Do you sometimes doubt yourself? As relationships evolve over time, suddenly your life may be calling you to adjust in ways you never expected. My aim is to nurture you with patience and compassion through your process, assisting you as you navigate your way through deeper understandings of yourself and your various relationships.

I am a family therapist and work with clients individually as well as with couples, families, and other relationships. I have a depth of understanding and experience in working with people through the transitions that grief demands. I am particularly interested in working with couples, both straight and gay

As a yoga instructor and a licensed massage therapist, I am able to see my clients more comprehensively as not just individuals communicating their pain and difficulties with words, but in their fullness as spiritual, emotional, physical, intellectual beings living full lives on many levels.
