I have over 40+ years of exerience as a therapist and life/retirement transtion coach, working with individuals and couples in the "boomers and beyond" population as they deal with finding their "voice" and navigating the "second half of life" whether it be with partners, children, grandchildren, parents or friends. I am noted for my warmth, humor, and strong belief in the value of people and the importance of living life as fully as possible.I am a Licensed Third Age Coach and a 2Young2Retire Certified Facilitator. I also work with college students and adults with ADD and life transition issues.

I utilize my understanding of adult development and positive psychology combined with my own personal and professional experiences to help people clarify their vision for "what's next?" so they can make conscious and intentional decisions to create a fulfilling life.

I work with people in person or on the phone. I am co-author of a book titled "The Couple's Retirement Puzzle: 10 Must-Have Conversations for Transitioning to the Second Half of Life."I also teach, offer workshops, seminars and keynote speeches on the "retirement transition puzzle."
