“Reaching out in an attempt to find new ways of coping with life's difficulties takes courage. In recognition of this, I want to to make attending psychotherapy as anxiety-free and as productive as possible. I feel honored to hear about the lives of those I work with and want to help each individual find their own unique path to health and well being.

I specialize in providing treatment for individuals experiencing difficulties including but not limited to: relationship or marital problems, codependency, depression, anxiety, trauma, problems with regulating emotions, eating disorders, physical pain, self-harming behaviors, and social phobias. I utilize treatment modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I also offer the following group therapy experiences: Mindfulness Meditation Skills Group, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Skills Group, and Interpersonal Process Groups designed to allow one to learn what behaviors bring others closer to them and what behaviors push others away. I strive to help individuals find ways of connecting with others.”
