More about this group

Social Skills Group

Our social skills program is a learning program that uses video modeling, socially valid dialog, original characters, and Hollywood-movie quality animation. We cater our program for children with adjustment challenges such as Autism, ADHD, Aspergerís Syndrome and other social-emotional deficits. Children find our social skills program fun and engaging as they use these skills outside of the clinic. Our vision is to improve social skills and reduce the likelihood of a child growing up and becoming a statistic.Traditionally, we serve children aged 6 through 17. Group enrollment is based on chronological age and social skills level.

Internet & Gaming Addiction Group

Excessive gaming is a form of psychological addiction related to a compulsive use of computers and video games. Individuals suffering from this form of addiction may experience intense cravings to play the game and may also suffer symptoms of withdrawal when they stop playing the game. Those affected may also enter long periods of self-imposed social isolation where friends and family are excluded. We use cognitive behavioral therapy, family counseling, nutrition, and exercise to reduce the effects of this type of addiction.
