“Being faced with depression, helplessness, anxiety, intense feelings or bad memories is difficult to handle alone. If you are looking for both compassion and to add to you personal understanding of the source of your discomfort, then we may be a good match. My office is private, serene and comfortable. Therapy works best with people who really want to explore themselves, change personal patterns and choices to best enhance their relationships, health, as well as work and school satisfaction. When a person desires to know his/her personal impact on others and themselves, they are empowered to make life choices.

My work experience has included adults with simple or complex trauma, Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders and various forms of loss in relationships, death and career loss. My backgound also includes working with management and leadership issues. My background includes coaching leaders and management in major corporations.

I alter the approach per person and problem. Generally focusing altering patterns and beliefs developed through a lifetime of learning is important. I use EMDR to diminish traumatic symtoms, flashbacks and intense emotional reactions and negative self beliefs. It is also very effective with performance anxiety that is work, school or sports related.”
