“I have been a psychotherapist at Counseling and Human Relations Associates LLC, for over 25 years. I primarily see adults for individual psychotherapy. My commitment to a client is to provide a supportive and safe environment that will help facilitate self exploration. I have experience/training in different counseling approaches and will determine how I work with a client based on the needs and issues of each client. My most current training is Body-Centered Gestalt psychotherapy. This theoretical approach addresses a client's issues on a psychological, emotional, physical and spiritual level.
