I believe we all have the ability to overcome many of the challenges that life present us, whether these are at work, in relationships or within ourselves. It is my commitment to provide you a safe atmosphere where your challenges and concerns can be addressed.

As a Marriage and Family therapist, I deal with many issues including infidelity, partner abuse, blended families, decisions around separation and divorce, parenting and same-sex relationships, to mention a few. Communication patterns, attachment issues and particular conflict resolution styles are explored.

In my practice, I use a variety of therapeutic approaches including the use therapeutic cards as an intervention tool.
