I am a compassionate counseling professional able to work with clients who are experiencing upset in their relationships and possibly resorting to nonworking behaviors in order to mask their pain. I also work with clients who want to learn better ways of communicating and creating intimacy with their loved ones. I believe healing can take place once objectification and shame, experienced in the past, is identified and accountably dealt with. My clients generally have what it takes internally to be able to heal themselves and make better choices. I act as their guide working side by their side during the process.

I am a family systems therapist which means that I monitor all the relationships in the family and look for issues usually concerning the strength of the parental dyad, proper boundaries and adult responsibility taking, with a clear definition of the behavioral expectations of each member in the family.

Taking the first step toward getting help is often the most difficult
