In my practice I blend current research on neuroscience with spirituality, mindfulness, body wisdom, and compassion to support each client in their work to heal the challenges they face. I will listen carefully to what brings you to my office and together we will choose the goals you would like to achieve and the approach you would like to use to take you there.

I have spent the past 20 years working with clients to deepen their connection to nature and the past six years deepening connections to clients' bodies, spirituality and their deepest self. The work we do will be creative and tailored to your specific needs.

The approach I use with clients is informed deeply by my training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (a body-based approach to shifting deeply held patterns) as well as my background in yoga, Pathwork (a spiritual approach to therapy), energy work (Barbara Brennan School of Healing) and as a natural history educator.
