I understand how difficult it is to seek counselling as well as how important it is to feel comfortable with the person you see. Once you've made this choice and contacted me we will work together to help you build a lasting, happy marriage. I will meet with you alone or with your partner in a safe, confidential setting where your feelings, fears and needs are heard and validated. If you experience situational depression, post partum depression, AD/HD or anxiety, I will help you achieve self confidence, personal efficacy, communication, problem solving and emotion regulation skills.

I also work with couples where there has been infidelity, seperation or divorce, child custody and access disputes or blended family struggles. I strive to help you feel good about yourself and your relationships and to have the happy, well adjusted family you've worked so hard to build.

I know how hard it is to seek counselling. To make it more comfortable for you, I work in a private home office setting, where confidentiality is my highest priority, return voice and email messages within twenty four hours and schedule new consultation sessions within forty eight hours of initial contact.
