I am passionate about assisting people to identify and let go of self-limiting stories which often leads to altered perceptions. Each of us enters the world whole and complete; then "life" happens and we begin to make decisions and choices in an effort to make sense of our life and our relationships. In my 25+ years of professional experience, I have come to view my role as that of a coach or team partner in assisting people to alter these limiting beliefs and perceptions about themselves and others and empower people to utilize their inherent strengths and potentionals.

I enjoy working with men and women, adolescents, families, and couples to improve communication and overall daily functioning so that you are able to express your values more consistently. I provide support, and listening with presence and a respect for wherever you are in your personal journey.

Additionally I have extensive training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, for the treatment of Trauma as well as what is called "developmental" trauma. This body centered approach addresses the cognitive thoughts, memories, and beliefs associated with the trauma, as well as, how the trauma is maintained in the body.

Taking the first step toward getting help is often the most difficult
