“In the same private, comfortable space for more than 20 years I have worked with my clients using both traditional and creative therapeutic tecniques to bring about new insight, desired behavior change, and to work together with clients in developing practical tools for maintaining resiliency and bolstering existing coping skills. Building or rediscovering a strong sense of hopefulness, competency, and sense of general well being in the face of life's many difficult challenges is a goal I hope to accomplish in my work with clients of all ages.
Although my practice is very broad spectrum, I have increasingly been working with couples, either to strengthen longterm existing relationships or to provide "resiliency training" to persons contemplating beginning a committed relationship.
Being an artist as well as a psychotherapist, I have an awareness of and strong sensitivity to the unique issues faced by creative persons.”

An opportunity for caregivers of sick or elderly pets to receive support around painful decisions regarding care of a pet or euthanizing a pet. This group is also for those grieving the loss of a beloved animal and who seek guidance about how to handle these difficult circumstances appropriately and sensitively with children. Attendees have been primarily adults.

NOW FORMING.... a 6 week focus/support group for adults identifying themselves as "creative persons", to explore common issues such as social isolation, motivation, creative blocks, goal setting, self promotion, focus and concentration, and other topics of interest as identified by group members . Maximum 8 participants. Consecutive Wednesday evenings,August 6-September 10. Pre-screening and registration required. $200 fee for participation. Not insurance reimbursible.
