“Under the leadership of Dr. Elliot Atkins, supported by 35+ years of experience as a clinical and forensic psychologist, we offer psychotherapy services for a wide range of clinical disorders and cognitive, behavioral, and emotional concerns. We utilize a collaborative approach to the therapeutic process that is based on developing a strong therapeutic relationship with our clients. We believe the most important aspect of therapy is to create a relaxed, non-judgmental atmosphere in which the client has the opportunity to explore their thoughts and feelings.

We provide active feedback and work together with the client on developing the skills to change negative thinking and unwanted behaviors. Our approach to treatment is eclectic, drawing on theoretically, clinically, and empirically supported techniques of cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and interpersonal therapy.

Treatment is tailored to the needs of the individual. We also offer psychiatric referral for individuals requiring medication. Please contact us with your insurance information and we will be happy to help you determine your eligibility for reimbursement for out-of-network services. We do not accept Medicare.”
