As a professional counselor, I work to help my clients identify their strengths, assess negative patterns, and formulate a plan using those strengths to achieve their goals. I listen to my clients without judgment, with empathy, and support them as they try out new behaviors and coping skills. I am comfortable working with children, adolescents and adults. I frequently work with a variety of cultural backgrounds, including gay and lesbian families. I am often able to see new clients within a few days of the initial call. Call me at 859-801-2484 to set up an appointment.

Taking the first step toward getting help is often the most difficult
