“Empathetic, nonjudgmental therapy can be a gift you give yourself or a loved one during challenging times. With an academic and professional background in education and business, I have now been a practicing psychotherapist since 1991. I maintain a strong commitment to provide client-centered, solution-focused counseling to all populations as individuals, couples, and/or families. Utilizing strength-based, confidence-building therapy, it has been gratifying to see my clients discover their own internal and external resources to remove obstacles which are interfering with their lives.
I welcome the opportunity to work with a varriety of issues. The majority of my clients present with issues involving depression and anxiety resulting from parenting, marital, blended family, divorce, workplace stresses, and bereavement issues. As a bilingual therapist, I also see clients with cultural issues.
As opposed to a 'cook book' approach, I have attempted to tailor therapy to each client's needs. I strive to facilitate setting realistic goals, boundaries, and regaining balance and hope.”
