I am a Christian counselor who helps individuals, couples and families, through a faith perspective, to find meaningful solutions to the problems of life and relationships. I have found that our life struggles always involve a spiritual component and too often damaged relationships. And that Scripture offers a great deal of guidance and a meaningful context for understanding and overcoming these struggles. In addition, I highly value both the quality of the client-counselor connection and being able to make progress in the direction you are seeking, as research shows these are vital factors related to effective counseling outcomes.

I am here to help in your struggle against depression or anxiety, to improve your relationships, or to better cope with difficult emotions and grief. In addition to counseling, I enjoy speaking with groups on a variety of topics in an interactive format.
