I have had success helping victims of childood abuse uncover the patterns that trap them in destructive cycles where their emotional and other needs are not met. Through Transactional Analysis in a safe, supportive environment, clients are able to work through self-defeating behavior and learn tactics for living happier, more fulfilling lives.

I use a combination of proven therapeutic approaches, including Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, EMDR and guided meditation to facilitate clients' self-discovery process and coach them as they learn to apply their new goals and priorities in their real lives.

My approach offers clients more than a temporary relief from crisis. Through carefully guided exploration, clients uncover behavioral patterns that keep them from the happiness they desire while learning strategies for managing stress, working through loss, creating loving, productive relationships, finding spiritual fulfillment and living more intentional, mindful lives.”
