It can be challenging to find a therapist who can offer support and guidance specific to your personal needs. I specialize in working with couples, individuals and families dealing with many life issues. I believe that each individual has the answer to their life problems within themselves and work from a strength-based perspective to assist each person in finding their way in life. I help my clients externalize their problems, as well as learn to identify triggers, clarify and express feelings, and learn healthy communication skills to live more fulfilling and productive lives.
I work with individuals who are struggling with relationships, marriage, depression, anxiety, communication issues, parenting, and addiction. When working with couples I focus on building connection and improving communication. My goal is to help my clients live productive, meaningful lives, by addressing issues that may serve as barriers to their happiness.
I am trained and certified in many different areas and specialties. I am a Certified Level 2 Gottman Therapist. trained in EMDR and have extensive training in Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma, Addiction, and Family Systems.
