“I have experience providing therapy for adults, adolescents and children with a variety of issues. I provide individual, couples and family therapy in a safe and supportive environment. I believe the therapeutic relationship is key to the emotional healing process, no matter what issues or symptoms clients are experiencing. I work with clients to empower them and aid them in achieving emotional health. Everyone experiences emotional distress throughout his or her life, and if it impairs functioning or keeps someone from being his or her "best" self, there is no better sign of strength than to ask for help.

I utilize techniques from a variety of therapeutic modalities, rooted in a humanistic philosophy of treatment. I work with clients who have a wide range of emotional issues, including depression and anxiety. I have specialized training and experience providing therapy for trauma survivors, including domestic violence and sexual abuse/assault.

I am available on weekday evenings after 5pm. My office is conveniently located on Canal Street in Mid-City. This location is near City Park, Old Metairie, Uptown and the University area.”
