“I have extensive experience treating people who have had abuse and trauma in their lives. I work with people who suffer from depression and anxiety. It is my goal to empower my clients, help them develop strategies for improving their lives and changing behaviors that are ineffective and interfere with their ability to have healthy, successful relationships. I also have expertise in working with people who have autism, traumatic brain injury and developmental disabilities.

In addition to traditional counseling, I am an art therapist. Art therapy offers client an opportunity to address issues using art materials to express what is difficult to say in words. Art experience or talent is unecessary. Together we look at the images created and what they mean to the client.”
