“My particular interest and expertise is in challenges faced by couples: cultural differences, issues of step-families, aftermath of infidelity, fertility issues, serious illness or loss in the family, low-sex and no-sex couples, raising adolescents - and empty nest issues... Another area of work is dealing with the dissolution of the relationship - how to say good-bye with dignity, and how to mend a broken heart and renew your spirit, and your joy of life. And of course, if there are children involved, our focus would be on protecting them from the aftermath of the divorce as much as possible.

In our work together I will choose specific techniques and methods to best address the unique situation of each individual, couple and family: cognitive-behavioral protocols, family systems approach and psychodynamic frameworks, in the context of physical health, lifestyle, and spirituality. I am also a Gottman method trained therapist (Level I).

My starting point is deep respect and appreciation for the complexity and depth of each individual and couple in front of me: their life story and circumstances, their struggles, triumphs, errors, and creative solutions. And I never lose hope - that things can get better, that everybody can become happy and free.”
