Thank you for considering my practice. My therapeutic style is warm and supportive, which enables you to discuss your most personal concerns. I am sensitive to the vulnerability that you might experience while seeking and taking part in counseling. Therefore, I offer a safe and comfortable space for working through problems. I am also invested in being forthright and honest and providing you with valuable feedback to make lasting change in your life. Ultimately, I aim to work collaboratively with you, to equip you with the necessary tools to achieve a more fulfilling, satisfying, and authentic life.

I primarily consider myself a generalist who values working with a range of clients with various concerns. However, I also have special interests in grief and loss, procrastination, and perfectionism.

Speaking services may also be requested. Every presentation, speech, and workshop is customized for each specific audience. Topics include but are not limited to: stress management, relaxation training, communication between genders, procrastination, perfectionism, diversity training, techniques for living a more meaningful life, suicide prevention, grief and loss, and depression.
