I am a registered psychologist licensed to practice by the College of Psychologists of Ontario. I provide individual, couple and family counselling to adults suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and panic attacks. I also provide counselling for personal growth, anger management self-esteem, building confidence, and addressing relationship issues. We have been providing psychological counselling for 20+ years in the area of rehabilitation Psychology and motor vehicle accidents. We use current, evidence-based counselling methods to help clients manage accident-related psychological issues such as trauma, stress, pain, insomnia, nightmares, depression, anxiety, fear of driving, and other concerns.

Our services are covered by most insurance plans. We are easily accessible and provide evening and weekend appointments. We are culturally sensitive and can provide services in Farsi, English, Urdu, Hindi and Italian.
