I have over 30 years of experience and training in womens' issues, childhood trauma, grief and loss, relationship,and stepfamily issues. While I believe that the answers to problems can be found within, sometimes one gets "stuck" with feelings of depression,fear,anger,guilt,obsession or anxiety. I believe that psychotherapy can be invaluable for finding solutions and learning better coping skills. Relationships and lives can be changed through self-awareness.

I have extensive experience working with women, women's groups, adolescents, stepfamilies and stepfamily groups, grief and loss,childhood trauma, anxiety, mindfulness and meditation, and behavioral therapy. A new women's group will be starting in October.

I have a home office and can provide a more comfortable and confidential space for therapeutic work. I do not accept insurance. I will provide clients with a timely statement so that they might file with insurance companies. My fees are quite reasonable so that sliding fees are rarely required.
