“The complexities of families and relationships have intrigued me ever since I was a young girl. Even after 30 years of practice in the field of Marriage and Family Therapy, I am still intrigued and challenged to find creative ways to solve the difficulties we all encounter in our relationships with others. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Arizona I have been a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) since 1981. I am the immediate Past President of the Arizona Division of AAMFT. I am in private practice working with individuals, couples and families.

Change can be difficult to accomplish! It takes work but produces great rewards. It can be frustrating when we take two steps forward, one step backward. The change process that moves from unconscious incompetence to unconscious competence takes time and patience.

Frances believes that change takes place when a person decides to behave, act, think, feel or interact in a different way. Each of us must make this decision for ourselves. However, we can choose people to help guide us in our quest to create positive changes in our lives.”
