I provide Spanish bilingual counselling to individuals suffering from a variety of mental health challenges. My tools and techniques are designed to meet the specific needs of our clients. Treatment areas include talk therapy, hypnotherapy, emotional freedom technique (EFT), Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), and Biofeed-back. The Biofeedback approach is used to help overcome anxiety, stress, and attention deficit issues and improve brain speed responses. Hypnotherapy and EFT and NLP are used to treat a wide variety of emotional issues. Some of them include breaking the smoking habit, combating emotional eating issues, and building self-esteem.
