Ms. Gail Peach

Welcome into my office and settle yourself into a comfortable couch or chair overlooking the flowing Connecticut River. We can talk together in confidence, discovering new approaches to whatever challenge brings you to therapy now. My focus is to mindfully assist you towards well being including, but not limited to, freedom from anxiety, depression, addiction symptoms, trauma, physical pain, impulsivity and the resolution of grief. Self confidence, self knowledge, skillfulness and the personal freedom that comes from letting go of the past and moving forward in your life is the reward you can look forward to by engaging in therapy.

As a nurse and therapist, the process I offer is engaged and wholistic approaches that include mindfulness, body-mind awareness,cognitive behavioral techniques, DBT, EMDR and hypnosis where indicated. My specialty is in working with women and adolescents who are challenged with addictions and trauma.
