“I have over 30 years experience helping people to reach their psychological and physical health goals. I am pragmatic and employ a structured, goal oriented approach. I am trained in both psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral approaches and I will identify your individual needs and use a treatment strategy that will best meet these needs with a supportive but direct approach. While I will draw on my knowledge and experience in my work with you, I continue to grow as a professional and I will also be learning from you and employ these fresh insights in your treatment.

My experience and training will enable me to gain a deep understanding of you and your psychological needs. Although I am a humanist, sensitive to people's needs, I am also pragmatic and employ a goal oriented approach. Depression, anxiety, and stress related health problems are some of my specialties.

I am trained in mind/body approaches that will enable me to address issues related to your health and longevity. Relaxation training, biofeedback, meditation, hypnotherapy, guided imagery, breathing techniques are some of my areas of training. I am consulted by medical specialists regularly to help in the treatment of their patients.”
