Imparting skills is a natural part of the way I help people. While getting free from traumas, old hurts and limiting beliefs my clients also learn how to live a healthy life and have healthier relationships with themselves and others. So the healing and growth continue long after therapy is completed.
People come to me because of problems in their outer lives (relationships, finances etc) and/or their inner lives (anxiety, low self esteem, doubt, shame etc. I see a lot with abuse survivors' particularly sexual abuse. Many people who have not found prior therapy helpful benefit greatly from our time together.”
