I have helped all kinds of clients who came with a variety of problems involving depression, anxiety, relationship and job conflicts, addictions, and the like. I have also done my homework, researching and authoring 15 books on psychology and 30 books in all. My latest, LIZZIE, is an acclaimed novel about Lizzie Borden. People ask me, is online therapy as good as in-person therapy? The main thing is chemistry. If you have good chemistry, whether it's online or in-person, that is what is going to make your therapy work. I have learned how to be in synch with my clients and to be a therapeutic friend and ally.

I do not have any religious or political biases and can really be there for people without judging their politics, religion or personality.
