Dr. Gina M Taffi

I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing individual, couple's, and family therapy with a highly personalized and collaborative treatment style. My goal is to assist you in achieving personal growth and lasting change through interactively working together to make sense of your life in ways that are meaningful and specific to you. Attachment style, separations, and losses beginning in childhood can influence one's personality; as do current contexts of living, loving, and working. I'm interested in exploring the deeper reasons for why difficulties keep repeating over and over.

I believe that we can change at any stage in our lives by considering past experiences and connecting them to the here-and-now. Therapy is a treatment for emotional issues, an avenue for self-discovery and personal growth, and a means towards establishing and enhancing relationships.
