I am here to come along side you and help you learn and apply healthy strategies of success and create a change process, no matter how difficult the issue or concern.

I am a doctor of Philosophy in Psychology: Health and Behavioral Medicine, and have years of experience as an LCSW, and LADC. I am also a family and divorce mediator. I have seen patients for over 15 years, and am currently in private practice. I am well versed in lifes challenges.

This is a Christian based practice, with a wholistic approach including what is often considered Body, Mind medicine. Helping you to understand how our beliefs, as well as history combine to effiect how we interact in our most intimate relationships, and interface with our physical health and well-being.
