Psychology provided us with many wonderful principles and strategies to help us live happier and more peaceful lives. If you are struggling with worry, depression, frustration, low self-esteem or hurt, I can teach you some very effective techniques to change the way you feel. If you are feeling stuck in a problem, i can share strategies to help you move more quickly to your solutions. Your privacy is important to me, and I will hold what you tell me in the upmost confidence. I am a kind, compassionate, and non-judgmental listener who truly wants the best for you.

I have extensive experience in grief counseling and have helped hundreds with numerous losses including miscarriage, infant loss, child loss, parent loss, sibling loss, and traumatic loss such as suicide or homicide. I also have experience with other losses like health, relationship, trust, and self-worth.

Weekend appointments are available.
