Glenn has been a therapist for 23 years. He holds a doctorate in psychology. Glenn's counselling approach utilizes CBT and DBT that teach clients coping skills to help reach their emotional needs. Glenn has helped adults and adolescents with mood issues, substance abuse, anxiety, stress, depression, ADHD, anger and low self-esteem. He works other medical professionals in the community to provide the best wellness health care in the halton region. While clients are often referred by their family doctor, Glenn does accept clients that call his office directly. Evening appointment are available for the convenience of clients.
Glenn has clinical experience. His clinical practice includes a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy, person- centered therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. Glenn believes that the combination of the above therapeutic approaches provides a number of treatment options that can be customized to fit specific individual needs.
Glenn is a father of two, daughter 22 and son 20. He has been married 24 years. His focus is to provide a safe, trustworthy and confidential space so individuals can reach their therapeutic goals.
