Mr. Gregory Tvrdik

I work with Men and Women when Anger, Fear or Depression is the only feeling they seem to recognize. It's my aim to help people who know all about Conflict, but too little about Conflict Resolution. I provide Relationship and Individual Coaching for teenagers as they navigate through the complex feelings of being pulled between family, friends and themselves. I work with adolescents and adults struggling against ADHD and for those whose ADHD and ADD has blossomed into Anxiety, OCD, Depression of Addictions. Together, I work with Couples, Families and Teenagers helping them in their Relationships and Communication Process.

I provide Counseling and Therapy for Anxiety, Depression, Fears and Relationships. I provide Coaching for individuals with ADHD. I help Men and Women going through business and personal stress gain a better understanding of themselves, helping them succeed in work, family, and relationships. I also provide Substance Assessments and Treatment.

I offer group therapy options for those dealing with ADHD, Anger Management and Men's issues, including work on communication, realistic goal setting, stress management and conflict resolution. I also offer support and assistance for caregiving adults and individuals going through career and life development changes.
