You deserve to live a life with joy, ease and confidence. Perhaps you have been in therapy before or this is your first time. Therapy doesn't have to be a one-sided relationship where you're mulling over your entire life's history and all of the pain! In fact, it can be an enjoyable process; a full, engaging relationship with humor, intellect, creativity, spark and curiosity. I'm a real person in the room with you. Together, we will explore solutions and new ways of thinking, feeling and acting. I want you to get the results you want, to find purpose and meaning in your relationships, work and any other life areas.
Life is too short to be stuck in unfulfilling relationships, to be living out of trauma, or to be going to bed with a pit in your stomach. You and I can experiment in sessions to tap into resources or find new tools to unburden you from emotional pain, whether that be with mindfulness, cognitive, somatic or creative techniques.
With 17 years experience, many clients have reported positive changes from our work, including less anxiety, more awareness and clarity and healthier relationships. I work best with those in life transition with work, becoming parents, divorce, grief or other change. I also specialize working with ACoAs & Codependency, and those in 12 step programs.
