Through 20 years of experience, I have developed strong intuitive skills and teach you to use your own, as well as use professional inventories, insight therapy, practical solutions, and action homework to help you on your path.

I live what I teach. I'm a licensed psychotherapist, with yoga and corporate consulting background. I encourage meditation and prayer of all faiths as powerful tools in your life change process. I balance the spiritual with the practical; special expertise in career, women's challenges, mid-life, teen direction.
