“I work with people who suffer deeply in their lives and relationships, and specialize in healing the wounds and scars caused by the difficulties of life. No matter how profound the pain, you can be healed and restored to a healthy and happy existence. My therapy is based on the newest neuroscientific insights in the field of personal change. Talking, and the relationship that develops through this very human way of interacting, creates a healing environment where you can regain your true self, and become what you always wanted to be. I am a guide to discovering the real you.

Your individual needs are my focus. Everyone is different and needs a variety of interactions to heal. Flexibility is essential to handle the wide range of experiences each person goes through in the course of therapy. The symptoms of suffering are many, and all very amenable to the appropriate treatment.

My approach requires a commitment on both our parts to stick with the process, which often can be upsetting and hard, at least in the moment. Retraining our brains to better think, relate and feel takes time, it is a learning process. Facilitating such development for you is my expertise.”

Taking the first step toward getting help is often the most difficult
