My specialty is in the area of addictions as well as its possible precursor, ADD/ADHD and other such predisposing factors, like difficult family dynamics. A "quick-fix" symptom like drinking and drug-taking, and angry outbursts may offer relief at first but can become problemmatic, cyclical and destructive.

I have over 25 years' experience in the counselling field with a wide array of tools to help find the most effective and suitable means to solve your problems.I teach strategies to handle stress and anger-management via assertiveness training and confidence-building. You will learn to cope better.
