I work with Adults, Adolescents and Families, supporting clients in identifying barriers to productive functioning at work, in school, and in relationship. I support transitions including going off to college, marriage and relationship, career change, birth of a child, and death of a loved one. I work to create a collaborative, supportive environment where the client is able to access their inner resources to facilitate change. I utilize several different therapeutic techniques depending on the needs of the client.

I have intensive training and experience in dialectical behavioral therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy in addition to training in psychodynamic psychotherapy. My training includes an internship at Two Brattle Center in Cambridge, MA , The Clifford Beers Guidance Clinic in New Haven, CT, and clinical social work training from the Smith College School for Social Work.

I have successfully treated Adults and Adolescents struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Issues, Grief and Loss, Trauma, and Career Development.
